Richland Public Health continues to recognize the importance of providing essential services to Richland County residences during this COVID-19 public health emergency.  In an effort to provide these services, protect the public, and ensure that public health employees are able to focus on reducing impact on individuals' health and wellness, Richland Public Health is reducing person to person interactions by eliminating public access to the building (WIC and Clinic services are still open) until further notice.  Phone, Mail, On-line and Virtual service is being used.
Birth & Death Certificates:  Available On-Line,  via Phone Order 419-774-4500, or mail.
WIC:  At this time, in person appointments can be scheduled at: 419-774-4560  *This is subject to change and all scheduled appointments will be notified accordingly, if reschedules are  necessary.
BCMH:  No in-home appointments, call 419-774-4500  to be connected to a BCMH Nurse for phone/on-line consultation.
TB Testing/ Adult & Pediatric Immunizations:  Due to the Governor’s "Stay at Home" Order, Richland Public Health clinic will be Suspending the following:
  • Routine Adult & Pediatric Immunizations and all TB testing at the Richland Public Health Clinic until April 6, 2020.
  • Pediatric flu shots are available by appointment only.

Community Health Screenings and Neighborhood Satellite Immunization clinics are cancelled until further notice.  
Plumbing:  Virtual inspections are being conducted at this time, call RPH for more information.
EH:  No in-person services are recommended.  Forms are available at for completion and submission via email or fax.  Payment of Fees through mailed check or credit card via phone.
