If awarded a contract with Richland County you will be required to sign an official contract with the following attachments that must be completed at the time of signing.
- Have no Delinquent Property Tax (Personal Property Tax affidavit)
- Unresolved Debt affidavit
- Non-Collusion Affidavit Form
- Affirmative Action Certification and Equal Employment Opportunity
- Certificate of Insurance
- Compliance with OSHA Standards
- Certificate of Bureau of Workers’ Compensation
- Monitor the News Journal and posting at the Richland County Commissioner’s Office, and this website
- You can call for additional information about Bid (not mandatory, but recommended)
