Richland County Wastewater is located at 1740 Fleming Falls Road, Mansfield, Ohio 44903. We currently serve approximately 4700 homes and businesses throughout the county. We service the I-71 route 97 corridor on the south end of the county, the I-71 Hanley Road area. We service many residences in the Madison, Mifflin, Jackson and Springfield Townships.

The department operates three waste treatment plants, twenty pump stations, and approximately 80 miles of sewer main lines.

The department employs three Ohio EPA certified operators, one certified lab technician, one-meter technician, an administrative assistant, two maintenance technicians, a billing manager and one-part time billing assistant.
