Mission Statement

The office of Emergency Management will coordinate and collaborate with our partners to develop and maintain a comprehensive plan to prepare for, respond to, and recover from all natural and man-made emergencies that may impact our county.

The staff of the Richland County Emergency Management Agency is dedicated to health, safety, and education of the community and its citizens.
